Where does this go?
Tickets appear in this Support Tickets page. Account holders can create tickets here even if their account is suspended or deactivated, as long as they can verify that account with username and password. Only the verified account owner can see their own tickets here. Staff members with the right permissions can open, reply to, and manage all tickets from the Support section in the staff sidebar.
Suggested staff permissions
- Reply to Support Tickets for staff who can answer users.
- Manage Support Tickets for leadership or directorship who can change ticket status and oversee all cases.
